Body-Building-UK.com uses Parcel Force as our preferred courier and Royal Mail For Small Items below 500g

With Parcel Force you can track your order from collection to delivery in the hope that this gives you piece of mind whilst ordering with us.

With Royal Mail we use the 1^st class Signed for Service so a complete signature is required for the item to be accepted

If for any reason your products arrive broken, we will require proof in the form of a photo, once this has been done we will arrange a collection and resend your products the same day (as reported to us) to prevent any disruptions to the continuity of your supplement regime.

Ordering Deadlines

For next day delivery, please ensure you order before 2pm Monday through to Thursday. Next day orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched after 3pm on the following Monday (Tuesday if following a Bank Holiday), unless under 1kg in which case they will be dispatch same day via Royal Mail. 

Delivery & Risk

We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available using First Class Royal Mail in the UK, and Parcel Force. The delivery charge is as set out in the Deliveries section. The Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel and will request a signature. If for any reason the courier can not attain a signature at the requested delivery address they will leave your parcel safe with a neigh bough or in a safe place. A card will be placed through the requested delivery address stating the destination of your parcel.

Un-wanted & Mistake Orders & Import Duty Tax Fees

Here at Body-Building-UK.com we realise you may change your mind when you receive your products. If you wish to exchange or send your products back for a full refund you may do so. But unlike our competitors we will not charge you with a re-stocking fee!

All we ask is that you send the products back to us in the condition you received them (Products will only be given a full refund is they are returned to us undamaged and in an unopened condition).

Body-Building-UK.com will not be liable for any customs seizures. Refunds will only be given in instances where the order has been returned to us. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds given to under these circumstances.

Please note that all customers outside the EU may have to pay local import duties / sales taxes on the value of their order
