BBUK want all our customers to be happy with there orders that is why we will take back any faulty good and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. You will have to get the goods back to us via a recorded delivery and enclosed with the full original Unopened Products and in the original packaging.

If you have ordered more than one item in the whole consignment, please ensure you check every item upon receipt.

What if my order is damaged in the post

Answer:

You must let Body-Building-Uk.com know within 12 hours of receipt if there are any breakages. Once we have been notified we will arrange a new duplicate order to be sent to you as soon as possible and get our courier to collect the damaged parcel from yourself. If this is not adhered to in this time frame, Body-Building-UK.com will not be liable for any breakages

If the goods have been opened and the safety seal removed we will not be able to accept them as a return for public Health & Safety reasons
