How do I regester for an account with Body-Building-Uk.com

Its simple, just find the products you would like to buy and place them in the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping click Checkout in the shopping cart area, If you need to regester as a new account please enter your personal details on to the form, if you have already regestered please log in using your user name and password. If this is your first time regestering with us you will not need to do this procedure again and logging on will only be done by entering your Username and Password.

Here at Body-Building-Uk.com we are open 24 - 7 to help and serve you to the best of our abilities, You will always be able to reach us on the telephone even at 10pm at night, we are one hundred percent commited to our customers.
If you visit our store however, our opening hours are 9 - 5, but if you require we can start ealier or finish later to suit your individual needs.

Can I have my order sent to a seperate address

Here at Body-Building-Uk.com we are very flexible and can send your order to any address you require, all you need to do is let us know where and when.

What time will my order arrive

Body-Building-Uk.com use two couriers, if your order is sent via Royal Mail your order should arrive with your normal Royal Mail delivery. If your order is sent via FedEx then it can arrive between 9:00am to 5:00pm.

What if my order is damaged in the post
Answer:
You must let Body-Building-Uk.com know within 12 hours of receipt if there are any breakages. Once we have been notified we will arrange a new duplicate order to be sent to you as soon as possible and get our courier to collect the damaged parcel from yourself. If this is not adhered to in this time frame, Body-Building-UK.com will not be liable for any breakages. If you have ordered more than one item in the whole consignment, please ensure you check every item upon receipt.

Out of stock Items

Body-Building-Uk.com tries its best to keep all our advertised products in stock, but on very rare occasions we can be out of stock only for short periods of time. In such cases we will contact you and give a full explaination and offer to keep your order and wait for the products to arrive, or offer a replacement to you at no extra charge even if this product is a higher price.

Here at Body-Building-Uk.com we like to make your sale very enjoyable but in the event of Body-Building-Uk.com needing to give a refund, it will be sent in the form of a Cheque to the customer who placed the order.This refund is to include the price of the products ordered and not the carrige cost.
