Directions

Due to the extreme potency of this formula, assess your tolerance first by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 150mL of cold water and downing it about 30 minutes before your daily workout. Then increase the dosage to 2 and then 3 scoops mixed with 295mL to 445mL of cold water before workout out. Do not exceed 3 scoops (3 servings) in a 24-hour period.
